CST Coal – Reclamation Plan and Monitoring Program

TCS has been working for CST coal for the past 10 years. TCS prepared the initial assessment and monitoring report in
partnership with SNC Lavalin. The reporting as set out in the reclamation monitoring program (RMP) submitted to the Alberta Energy Regulator (AER) in 2022 as part of the Life of Mine Plan for
the Mine. Execute wildlife monitoring by installing wildlife cameras as per the reclamation monitoring program. Monitor vegetation growth to ensure the native plant community
continues to establish, in particular the lupine establishment.
